does offer the cool Feature to upload a Backup directly to your PC (not need to save your Data in the Net) and also simply restore a Backup on your PC back again to your iOS Device.

How to:

1. Your Mobile has to be connected in the same Wifi network as your PC

2. Go into MyDays -> Preferences -> Backup

3. Connect from your PC Browser to the IP as it appears on your iPhone
example: http://192.168.1.11:8080

4. Now you can choose to Download your actual MyDays Data
OR upload a Backup File stored on your PC.

Remember: You have to keep the BACKUP Screen on your iPhone open till your Backup/Restore is done successfully.

5. You can also import Android MyDays Backups. In that case each user you saved comes added to your existing iPhone database. Simple copy the backup file from your sdcard (in the root of your sdcard “yourusename.myd”) onto your PC.

A few years ago my families health was horrendous. 🤢

I had fibromyalgia, head to toe eczema, hyperthyroidism, Cushings disease, chronic fatigue, food intolerances and a list of other issues.

On top of this, my eldest son was diagnosed with Autism and was incredibly violent with daily meltdowns. He had painful gut issues & rashes.😫

My youngest son had global development delays so was not speaking or walking properly.😢

The doctors gave me little hope that things would improve for us at all … so I made a decision that was NOT an option! ❌

I tried many diets, supplements and treatments but nothing would help for very long.
⠀⠀
I realised our bodies were overburdened with TOXINS which is why we had so many illnesses.

The scary thing is that toxins are everywhere … I was putting all these supplements and “health trend” products in my body, but I still wasn’t taking the toxins and things that were making us sick, OUT.

I then studied experts such as Dr. Robert Morse and The Medical Medium, and learnt how fruits, vegetables and herbs can help our bodies heal on a deep deep level. They can literally help FLUSH the toxins from the body. 🍎🍉🍍

***True story – I would try to squeeze and he would tell me, “that’s pushing” and visa versa. You will get it, just understand these are muscles we have not consciously created memory for – YET!

SQUEEZING (KEGEL) WORKOUT – Every time you go pee for the next month see how many times you can stop/start your stream, try to get to 20, 50 and finally 100 pulses. This will train your body how to flex the INNER VAGINAL muscles. (do not do when you have any infections or problems)

Once there is strength you can do the same with a lingam/penis inside. ((great technique to get your partner excited!))

PUSHING ROUTINE– Now that you got the squeeze down, feel what is happening when you allow yourself to pee without pulsing. These are the same muscles used when pushing from the cervix outward.

You can try this in the bedroom as well. Try to push the penis out of your vagina using your own strength. Allow your belly to soften during this exercise. If you are having trouble keeping the belly soft, really feel what is happening the next time you have to tinkle. Can you push the stream out fast? Those are the muscles we are looking to use, strengthen ‘n sensitize. You will also feel this muscle activate when you laugh, cough or sneeze.  Don’t have a penis? 7+ TYPES OF ORGASMS

Did you know there are 7+ different types of orgasms we can feel in our bodies. Take a second, can you name 7? I couldn’t either. However, once I knew (and after all the practice above) I began to experience them!
